What if I am hit by an uninsured vehicle?

You know, we are very fortunate in Alabama. Many years ago, our legislature stepped back from that very situation, and they put in place some laws. They are called underinsured/uninsured motorist laws. On your policy, in our state, on every policy, unless you specifically choose to exclude it, you are going to have this coverage: Underinsured/uninsured motorist coverage. And if somebody is uninsured, they do not have insurance to cover the injuries that they have caused you, your own insurance company can step into their place and take care of those medical bills and pain and suffering for you. And we specialize in some of those cases, and we can help clients that are in that very situation.
