John Moss
of CounselAs a highly experienced personal injury attorney, John began fighting for the rights of victims who have suffered catastrophic injuries when he began practicing law in 1991. He focuses on railroad, trucking, and other types of injury cases.
John attended Furman University on an Army ROTC scholarship, and there he earned his undergraduate degree before being commissioned into the US Army upon graduation. He went on to complete his legal studies at Georgia State University and served as a JAG officer for 10 years in the Georgia Army National Guard.
Since 2008, John has given back to future litigators by teaching trial skills to 2nd year law students as an adjunct professor of advocacy
He has tried cases in six states resulting in numerous 7-figure verdicts and settlements for his clients. For more than 32 years John has worked tirelessly to help personal injury clients obtain the compensation they deserve. John and his wife Mimi live in Georgia, and in his free time he enjoys golfing and keeping active.
